Magic Johnson Enterprises, one of JLC’s partners, has developed a trusted brand for supporting and investing in communities throughout Los Angeles and is part of the ownership group that operates retail concessions in terminals 4, 5, 7, and 8 at LAX.
Austin values inclusivity and has met or exceed business and workforce development inclusivity goals on all ConRACs developed, as well as the LAX Bradley West Gates and Cores project. Austin was recently selected by LAWA to deliver the Terminal Cores and APM Interface Project, a key component of LAWA’s Landside Access Modernization Program.
Founded in 1890 and 100% employee-owned, Sundt has considerable experience constructing projects across the Southwestern U.S. and has a long history of building landmark projects nationwide. In 2016, Sundt successfully delivered the San Diego International Airport ConRAC facility alongside partner Austin Commercial. Sundt and Austin successfully involved 200 small and local businesses that logged over 740,000 local labor hours on the job. Sundt was named “nation’s safest construction company” for 2016 by the Associated General Contractors of America.
Established in 1958, DWA is a full-service architectural planning firm with unrivaled ConRAC design experience, having designed 34 ConRACs worth $7.5 B and over 900 individual rental car projects. DWA’s experience designing ConRACs is reflected in their innovation as they designed the first ConRAC facility, the first multi-level quick turn around (QTA) facility, the first staging/storage “hardcap” and the first open plaza customer service building CSB).
With over 5,000 staff in 44 offices (including 550 in Los Angeles), Gensler is one of the preeminent architectural and design firms in the country, constantly redefining the travel experience. Gensler designed over 50 airport terminal facilities worldwide and 25 projects at LAX to date, including Terminals 3 and 5, security upgrades and renovations, airline lounges, and EDS facilities for all terminals. Gensler is a certified LBE firm.
ENGIE is a global leader in facilities maintenance and O&M services. ENGIE operates over 90 P3 projects and provides services to over 30 airports worldwide, including operating the Atlanta ConRAC, and operations at Birmingham, Boston Logan, and Ronald Reagan airports.
Conrac Solutions is a specialized comprehensive ConRAC specialty operator. Conrac Solutions operates eight ConRACs in the USA including the San Diego International Airport ConRAC and San Jose International Airport ConRAC.
